HOW TO FIND ENDLESS LEADS USING FACEBOOK

You can create your own leads by  reaching out on social media to an individual and starting a conversation can be very simple.

We get that some of you might say "I don't want to talk to  complete strangers that have no idea who I am".  But here's the deal.  You will have more success, faster with this cold market!  People are very open to our business because we have a service that people truly need and it's affordable.

1) Look for like-minded people, especially in your same area and friend them

(works best if you have mutual friends in common).

2) Find like-minded groups of people that you resonate with, people that you

would want to enroll, then join the group and engage in conversions with

people in the group. An easy way to find groups is by using the graph

search, which looks like this:

Go to Facebook and do a search for Facebook groups that pertain to our industry.
example:  work at home mom groups, ___________ _____________ _____________

Always Research BEFORE you send the first message. Pop over to the person's profile that you're going to message.
Your goal is to find out a bit about them. check out their "About" section.
  • Do they look like someone you want to work with or have as a member?
  • What do they currently do for work?
  • Do they live in your area?

Tip:  We like using their location to strike up a conversation!

Engage in the group and find people to connect with and send them a friend request.

1) Send an initial message, maybe something cool you noticed on their profile or someone you know in common

3 Message Formula

You're going to be sending a series of 3 different messages and you have to allow each message to work and serve it's purpose.

Here’s an example of an initial message that you can send:

Message #1

Hi _________,

I wanted to reach out because I am a professional recruiter for a major

company based in  Plano, Texas and we are currently expanding in the area looking for

good people to work from home for our 24 year old company.

I don't reach out to everyone but you looked super sharp. I have no

idea if you are interested in saving thousands of dollars a year on healthcare

or if you would  be open to a side income project, if it didn't interfere with what you're already doing?"

Let me know if you   have any open-ness, and if not - no big deal!

Have an awesome day,

YOUR NAME

Now wait for an answer.  If you don't hear anything.  Move on.

Make  sure you send a message that sounds like YOU.Feel free to edit the message above.
If some of those words above don’t sound like you would sound, change it up a bit.

BIG TIP: NEVER SEND OUT AN UNSOLICITED LINK. If they haven’t asked for

your link yet, don’t just send it, move on to another open prospect.

If they insist on seeing a link first, go ahead and send

something really simple to give them an overview of your company. This can

also be a good sorting tool to save time :)

MESSAGE #2  (only send after you get a response back form Message #1)

The Goal of message #2 is to see if your prospect is OPEN.  You want THEM to ask YOU for more information.

Here's a sample of what to say AFTER they ask you for more information.

Sally that's awesome, I visited New York for the first time last September and I loved it.  I was actually hoping you said you were still there, because I have a business project that I'm expanding and I'm doing some Networking in your neck of woods.

Now wait until they respond back.

If they say No I'm not open" kindly thank them for their time and leave on a good note.  You now have their attention and they might come back around and connect with you later.  Always leave a lasting good impression. Be professional!

MESSAGE #3  (Only send after you get a respond back from message #2)

DO NOT send Message #3 until they respond back.

What is they never respond back?  Still DO NOT send them message #3

The goals of message #3 is to get an appointment via phone or skype.
Remember:   You operate your business as a professional and you want to control the conversation and questions.  We always recommend to do this via phone or skype, not the chat box on Social Media.

Here's something we would say after they say that they're open:

"That's great.   Shoot me a few times that you're free this week for about 15 minute and can have access to the internet.  Monday and Wednesday are the best for me if you can make something work either of those days'

After they shoot you a few times:

‘Okay let’s schedule Tuesday 4pm EST. Here’s my number so you know
who’s calling 555-555-5555. What’s the best number to reach you on?’

After they send their digits:
‘Great. I’ve got you in my calendar for Tuesday at 4pm EST. Pop me in
your phone and set a reminder. I got a busy day that day, so I’ll assume
you’re punctual with your appointments! Looking forward to connecting
more. Chat Tuesday!’

What if they ask what is it? I never get into too many details EVER. You loose
control over the process if you deliver too much in a message

So if they ask what it is, say something like this:
‘I’d love to get into details over chat here, but it would be like giving a
haircut over chat, I wish I could, but it’s impossible. I like to keep
business a little more professional than a Social Media chat. Do you have
a couple days that would work to connect more this week?”

Super Simple Right?! We promise you, that if you follow this message flow when
reaching out and connecting with people on Social Media, you’re going to have
a fully filled appointment book with people that are interested and excited
about what you have to offer.
You’ll also look way more professional!

THE PRESENTATION

Please remember to follow the process below and practice it. You don't have to know it word by word and you don't  have to sound like a robot with your friends!

Have fun  with this, use it as a guide and always use your personality and SMILE!   Our script has 4 components to it as follows:

Step #1.  Do an pre-video Introduction BEFORE They Watch The Video:

Share Your Why + You're ALL IN + They might not Love It And That's Okay.

Step #2.  Show Video

Step #3  Add Urgency

Step #4   Collect A Decision

Sample Script:

“Hey Sally I want to let you know that for the past _______years I've been on a serious hunt and I’ve been doing my research "(SHARE YOUR WHY)
For example:

I've been doing my research  to  find a way that I could cut back on some hours at work and spend some more quality time with the family. I  have been
working crazy hours, I come home and hardly get any
quality time with the kids, just to do it all over again the next day. We haven’t had a family vacation in  years and to be honest I don’t want to keep living like this.

We can talk more on that after if you see value in this video. So watch that video, I’m going to set the timer on my phone for 16 mins, that should give you enough time to stream that video and then I’ll call you right back to answer any of your questions and get some feedback cool? Great enjoy the video!    Text or email video:   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4h9hXnWsGNw

After the Video
Call them back after 16 mins

“Hey Sally did  you get a chance to finish the video?” “Awesome give me some feedback, what did you like best about what you saw?

Listen and get them talking about what they liked. Don’t get into questions at this point direct them back to share what they liked best.

“Awesome! So based on everything you liked and knowing what I’m about to do with this idea, do you see an opportunity for yourself?

” If they say no - “Okay cool, thanks for being honest with me. Do me a favor, when you need to go to the dentist, get a prescription, get glasses, visit a chiropractor or need to speak to a doctor over the phone so you can get a prescription  called in, can you make sure to reach out to me so I can save you some money on that  okay?”

If they Say Maybe, Have Questions or Say Yes -

“Awesome... are you interested in becoming just a member or a  Benefit Consultant like me?” “Awesome... let me go over the two best packages to get started.  Once you enroll I'll send you the training website so we can start working and together reach our goals! "

Note:
If you don't know the answers to their questions it's okay to say "that's a very good question let me find out for you.  Text or call your enroller ASAP.

Always walk your new benefit consultant through the enrollment process. Don’t let them do it themselves.

HERE'S YOUR HOMEWORK:

#1  Go out there and connect with people!
 #2  Book many appointments!

MORE TIPS  ON HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL USING FACEBOOK

SET A GOAL

Set a goal to consistently reach out online by sending 10-20 messages per

day. The key here is CONSISTENT messaging and FOLLOWING UP. Keep a

log of who you sent messages to and send follow up messages periodically.

If you sent even 10 messages/day, 5 days/week, that’s 50 new people/week.

You keep this up and you’ll have NO trouble finding people to talk to!

Your Profile Must Be Awesome!
Make sure your profile looks like someone YOU would want to work with
.
Post “lifestyle” pics of you and your family or team having fun, recognizing people at

events, share or create inspirational quote picture and just be a cool person!

Steer clear of being very opinionated and /or political because you might drive

people away.

You want someone to “lean in” and be curious about what you’re doing. You

want them to see you as a leader and someone of influence. That’s who people

will want to work with!

Prospects are everywhere for you to meet. If you really believe this, make the

decision that you are doing this thing UNTIL you reach the top!
